After your pre-registration with Swissper, you will receive an email invitation to complete your profile on our platform. After registration, you will soon receive the first requests for participation in campaigns as soon as your profile matches the criteria of a campaign (gender, age, place of residence, language). This will briefly introduce the campaign. Cooperations look different; however, most of the time you are asked to mention a certain product with your own content or to visit or draw attention to an event. You have the option to accept or decline a request. The most suitable nano-/micro-influencers are then selected from among the acceptances and you are informed whether you are part of a campaign or not. You will then create posts as part of the cooperation. After the campaign, you will be remunerated accordingly for the creation of the content.

Nothing at all. As soon as you match the criteria of a campaign (gender, age, place of residence, language), you will automatically receive a request by e-mail. This can be the case just a few days after registration or even weeks later.

Now you have to do the following: 1. confirm that you want to participate via the link in the e-mail. 2. If you are selected for the campaign, you will receive a second email with the detailed campaign briefing. Read it carefully. 3. create the content and make sure you follow the campaign briefing 4. publish the post including all hashtags and links specified in the briefing. 5. fill out the reporting form 6. done! At the end of the campaign, you will be paid the following month.

Depending on the campaign, you will receive a fixed salary as compensation for your work, as well as additional product samples, vouchers or free tickets to events. The salary depends on the complexity, number of content, duration of the campaign and other factors and can vary from campaign to campaign. You can find the details of the salary in the request and then decide whether you want to accept or reject it.

As long as your contribution is in accordance with the briefing (see Dos & Don'ts in the briefing) and uploaded on time, you will receive your salary in Swiss francs paid into your bank or postal account at the end of the campaign.

Don't worry. Your channel still belongs only to you! However, you grant SWISSPER and the customer the right to use the images that you have taken for the campaign. This means that these images may only be shared on the social media channels and the websites of SWISSPER/Promotion-Tools as well as the social media channels of the customer, stating your user name.

You are responsible for ensuring that your data and thus also your address are correctly stored in the database. This is the only way we can guarantee our customers that all nano- and micro-influencers will receive the products on time. If a package does not arrive or is returned because you did not pick it up on time at the post office, you will automatically be excluded from this campaign. We have to handle it this way because in most cases the campaign is already finished until the package is back with us. However, you will be informed by us if we could not deliver a package, so that everything works out next time.

Under dest you will find all information about the correct naming of your posts. Additionally, this information will be sent with each briefing.

The briefings you receive for the request are usually very short. However, you will always find the Dos & Don'ts, an indication of when the post must be online as well as the hashtags and links that must be set. If you have not complied with the briefing (e.g. you have not used the hashtag, have not set the link, have not published the post at all or only after the end of the campaign or have not linked it), you will not be paid for this campaign.
